It was recently announced that the

Disneyland Hotel & pool will be renovated.

They are removing the entire koi pond...so

that meant they had to find a new home for

the 250+ koi fish that resided

in the hotel pond. The koi were donated to

The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens

in San Marino, California.

We spent the day at Roeding Park & Storyland

Mia, Jacob & Connor went on the very same rides

my grandpa used to take me on.....

30 years ago!!! the helicopters and the train...my favorites;)

It was the best RR show I've seen!!

Mia received certificates for:

Perfect Attendance,

Outstanding Citizenship

Honor Roll for the whole year!!

This is such a fun parade to watch, I saw it so

many times when I was young...er.

Today is CHALLENGE DAY at Forkner!

All day, every student will be outside doing

physical fitness activities...

and I'm volunteering with the upper grades...

because I'm so good at sports!

(that's a joke, ha ha)

I was worried I was going to have

to throw or catch something..

thankfully all I have to do was say..

"Toes behind the line, ready, set, GO!"
